Prices, Shipping & Delivery

1. Pricing Information

All product prices shown in our online shop are in euros (EUR) and include VAT (Value Added Tax).

2. Shipping Costs

  • Germany:
    • Shipping Cost: €4.35 per order
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
  • EU Countries (excluding Spain and Denmark):
    • Shipping Cost: €9.98
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days
  • Spain and Denmark:
    • Shipping Cost: €14.50
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days
  • Switzerland:
    • Shipping Cost: €18.90
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 working days
      (customs processing may cause further delays)
  • Other Countries (e.g., UK, USA, Canada):
    • Shipping Costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout
      or provided upon request.

Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries (such as Switzerland, UK, the USA, or Canada),
additional customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the
responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

3. Delivery Times

  • We generally ship in-stock items within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment.
  • The delivery times stated above begin once the package is handed over to the shipping provider.
  • For made-to-order or pre-order items, the delivery timeframe may be extended by an additional week.

4. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
  • Please transfer the total amount to our bank account in advance. We will provide the necessary
    bank details (IBAN/BIC) in your order confirmation email. Your order will be shipped once
    the payment is credited to our account.
  • PayPal
  • Pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal
    during the checkout process.
  • Credit Card
  • We accept major credit cards. Your card will be charged immediately after the transaction.
  • Direct Debit
  • The amount will be debited from your bank account. This option is handled by our payment provider.
  • Klarna (if available)
  • Depending on your location, Klarna may offer additional payment services (e.g., pay later,
    pay in installments).

5. Packaging and Shipment Tracking

  • We strive to use environmentally friendly packaging materials.
  • We ship primarily via [DHL/Hermes/other] within Germany and partner carriers internationally.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link
    (where applicable), so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
