Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day:
- on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the goods, if you have ordered one or more items in a single order and they are delivered together, or
- on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) have taken possession of the last item, if you have ordered multiple items as part of a single order and these items are delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you having chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
